They're not the only ones to arrive. About 10,000 motorcyclists also descended on Key West for the annual poker run. There were 6 to 7 blocks of bike after bike after bike (or choppers). Wow.


What was funny was the fact that some had radios blaring. AC/DC? Lynyrd Skynyrd? Nope. Michael Jackson. Gloria Estefan. The Bee Gees. I kid you not.
This was probably more my style.

Who the hell knows? Every time we make a decision, something changes. Sometimes within minutes. I'm scared to say something's happening only to have it change in the very next moment. I can say definitively that Michael has an interview near Flagler Beach on Wednesday. It was 69 degrees there this morning. We're going to need some warmer clothes. Is it really too much to ask for the 70s and a pleasant breeze?

ReplyDeleteThanks Celeste. Someone we were out with today got overheated it's still so frickin' hot. We keep hearing about moderate summers, but that did not happen here. And now I think we're going to the other end of the spectrum. Whaa. Still looking forward to a change though.
